Did You Know?

• There is no initiation fee to join MLS PIN.
• You do not need to have a MA license to subscribe to MLS PIN. You can be licensed in any of the six New England states (MA, NH, CT, RI, ME, VT) as well as NY.
• As a REALTOR® in another state, you do not have to join a Massachusetts Board/Association to subscribe to MLS PIN.
• You do not have to be a REALTOR® to subscribe to MLS PIN. Also, you are allowed to join more than one MLS.
• With a sales license, you must be affiliated with a broker who subscribes to MLS PIN.
• Fees with MLS PIN are pro-rated according to when you join the service, and any unused portion can be refunded if you cancel your service. There is no early termination fee.
• You do not need a minimum number of listings in order to join MLS PIN. You do not need to have a separate listing contract to submit a listing to MLS PIN if the contract has an already-authorized MLS submission to another MLS.

Did You Know?

• 250,000 active buyers currently receive automatic nightly emails with property matches that meet their criteria set by their real estate professional through Pinergy. Buyers also can sign in to their real estate professional’s free VOW (Virtual Office Website) provided by MLS PIN to access all listings, updated in real time.
• Up to forty-two (42) photos may be included on each listing. You also have the ability to add, remove, or change the order of the photos as often as you wish.
• Pinergy provides you the ability to clone (copy) any listing in your office to save you time. If you have a development or take multiple condo listings in one complex, you can simply clone (copy) the original listing and change the pertinent information such as the unit number.
